Community-based, one-to-one mentoring program serving children, ages 7-18, primarily from single parent homes or living with elderly relatives. Children typically are low income and need a positive role model, companionship and exposure to community resources/activities.

Duties/Responsibilities:Visit in the community with your assigned child. Be a friend and mentor.
Time Commitment:3-5 hrs per week or bi-weekly. 6 months minimum. 1 year preferred.
Requirements:At least 18 years old. Able to clear DMV, criminal background and reference checks. Ability to positively relate to children. Suitable transportation
