For Dr. Sohrab Barkhordar, practicing medicine at Kaiser Permanente seemed like a natural thing to do. After growing up in Stockton, he pursued his higher education and medical degree by embarking on a journey that would take him to Santa Cruz, the West Indies, and Brooklyn, New York. Eventually, Dr. Barkhordar decided to return to the Central Valley to practice pediatric medicine for Kaiser Permanente in 2003.
