Health education services
You thought you were done with classes, right? But what if taking a class helped you live a healthier life? Take a weight management class to see how physical activity keeps you feeling good, learn how to get rid of an unhealthy habit like smoking, or take a class to reduce stress and find balance in your everyday routine.
Our Health Education Department offers a variety of classes to help you fine-tune your mind and body. If you have a chronic medical condition, chances are we have a class or workshops to help you better manage it. Our classes cover conditions such as hypertension, asthma, diabetes, and more.
