How do I transfer prescriptions?
You may transfer a prescription from a non–Kaiser Permanente pharmacy to any of our pharmacies. Please note that this transfer can take up to 48 hours.
Simply call your Kaiser Permanente pharmacy toll free at 1-877-795-2473 (1-877-rxkaiser), Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Please provide the prescription number(s) of the medication(s) you need and the other pharmacy’s name and phone number. Our Kaiser Permanente pharmacy team will handle the rest.
