Join us for ‘Women’s Night Out’ – a free evening to celebrate women’s health

Women's Night Out: Empowering Women to Think and Feel Great is a free event that's open to the public – you don't have to be a Kaiser Permanente member to attend.

The format is casual – just drop in and chat with our team of professionals at a variety of interactive booths and displays, enjoy some food and drink, see fitness and cooking demonstrations, and more. From 6 to 6:45, join our moderated panel discussion about separating the truths from the myths around some common women's health issues, including general health, mental health, diet and nutrition, and more.

 "There is a lot of misinformation floating around the internet and on television pertaining to health issues," said Elizabeth Kass, MD, Kaiser Permanente's Assistant Physician-in-Chief for Health Promotion in the Central Valley. "Come learn the facts and empower yourself to make informed health decisions for you and your family."

Women's Night Out will take place on two consecutive Thursdays in May:
