Classes
The Diablo Service Area's Health Education Department offers classes to Kaiser Permanente members and non-members. Our programs and classes cover subjects to improve health, well-being, and quality of life. Focusing on prevention and self-care, strategies include exercise, healthy eating, and stress management. Classes are held at all seven Kaiser Permanente facilities in the Diablo Service Area.

Fee and Cancellation Policy
All classes require pre-registration and pre-payment. Program fees are subject to change and vary by the class. Please refer to your current Evidence of Coverage (EOC) to confirm the services covered under your plan.
In order to receive a refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours prior to the start of the first session. To cancel enrollment, call the Health Education Department at (866) 248-0721. Class dates and times are subject to change and cancellation; those registered will be notified of any schedule changes.
