Exercise to Maintain and Improve Health
If you have been to an appointment recently at one of our East Bay Kaiser Permanente locations you may have noticed the medical assistant or your health care provider asking you about exercise. The reason for this question is that regular exercise is one of the best things you can do for your health. We recommend at least 150 minutes of moderate to strenuous exercise per week. No matter what stage of life we are in almost all of us would benefit by increasing our activity level. Take a look at the resources on this page to get some ideas on how you might increase your exercise.
