The Kaiser Permanente Fresno Farmers Market is a certified year-round farmers market held at the Palm entrance of the Fresno Medical Center. In 2014, the market will celebrate its 9th anniversary. For more information about the market, contact Public Affairs, (559) 454-4128.
Year-round farmers and vendors
Adams Olive Company – Choose from over 20 different varieties of stuffed or flavored olives. Olive oil is also available.
Bella Frutta/P-R Farms – Shop a variety of stone fruit, apples, lemons, tomatoes, and squash. They also have dried fruit, nuts, trail mix, and the award-winning Enzo olive oil.
Bliss Baking Co. – Enjoy gluten-free and/or grain-free baked goods.
Cornett Farms – Stock up on local honey, tree fruit, and nuts.
Dusty Buns Bistro – Delight your taste buds with gourmet sandwiches, salads, and sides made with local farmers market ingredients.
Fagundes Farms – Savor the taste of local artisanal cheese, in a variety of flavors.
Great Harvest Bread Co. – Add some pizzazz to your sandwiches with whole-grain breads and baguettes. Baked goods are also available.
Her Farms – Shop over 50 different types of fresh vegetables including lettuce, kale, herbs, onion, broccoli, chard, bok choy, tomatoes, squash, and more.
Jammin' Jams – Add flavor to your meals with delicious jams and jellies, many sugar-free. Pickled products like okra, Brussels sprouts, pickles, and artichokes are also for sale.
Kloster Company – Snack on dried fruits and vegetables, and nuts. Beans and rice are also available.
Mesple Farms – Delight in fresh figs and apricots, when in season. Stock up on dried figs, apricots, and raw almonds year-round.
Nature's Select Pet Food – Garner adoration from your furry friend with premium cat and dog food and treats that use whole meats, whole ground rice, and natural preservatives like Vitamin C and E.
Olde Tyme Kettle Korn – Savor fresh, hot popcorn in small, medium or large bags. The tantalizing smell of popping corn is free.
Raw Fresno – Experience healthy smoothies, prepared foods, snacks, and salads that have been made by a certified raw foods chef. The menu varies each week.
Smiling Oranges – Perk up with a healthy dose of Vitamin C in fresh-squeezed orange juice. Bags of oranges – Navel or Valencia – are available year-round.
Smith Family Farms – Enjoy a large variety of certified organic fruits and vegetables, always at its peak for freshness and flavor.
Sweet Tree Farms – Relish the sweetness with certified organic stone fruits, apples, oranges, and grapes.
Terry Ranch – Stock up on farm-fresh chicken, duck, and goose eggs which are bursting with flavor and freshness.
Wink's Coffee – Savor the aroma and taste of specialty coffee that is certified carbon-free, fair-trade, and organic. Whole beans and brewed coffee are available.
Seasonal farmers and vendors
Allen and Laurel Jackson Farms – Stock up while you can! Cherry season typically starts in May and lasts anywhere from two to six weeks.
Baba Foods – Discover the tantalizing taste of Mediterranean foods, like hummus, baba ghanoush, falafel, tzatziki, pita breads, and pita chips.
Backyard Bouquet Nursery – Nurture your garden with fruit and vegetable plants and unique perennial plants and trees. Cut flowers and pumpkins are also available during the fall season.
Daisy Ortiz Farms – Juicy, sweet strawberries from Watsonville are available from March to November. Stock up!
Luis Ortiz Farms – Enjoy raspberries and blackberries beginning in May, lasting through the fall months.
Willems Farms ("The Berry Lady") – Get sweet, plump blueberries from Kingsburg beginning in May. Boysenberries and blackberries arrive in mid- to late May and last into July.
Yosemite Iris Society – Add color and beauty to your garden with potted iris plants, available in over 20 different varieties and colors. Bloom season is typically in late March through late May or June.
