Seasonal Flu Vaccines

The seasonal flu clinics are closed for the 2012-2013 season.  Please see below for current vaccine availability.

Yearly flu vaccination is the best way to protect yourself and people around you. Kaiser Permanente and the Centers for Disease Control recommend a yearly flu vaccination for all children 6 months to 18 years old and every adult. There is no charge for flu vaccinations and they are available for all Kaiser Permanente members. The seasonal flu vaccine includes protection against the H1N1 virus, so only one shot is needed. Please bring your member ID card, photo ID and wear a short-sleeved shirt for faster service.

Flu shots will be available for the entire family (members 6 months and older)

• Dates: Monday-Friday, excluding holidays 
• Location/Times for ADULTS - Niles Building East 2nd floor at your primary care provider's station - 9:00am-12:00n, 1:30pm-5:00pm
• Location/Times for PEDIATRICS - Mission Buidling in the Pediatrics Injection Clinic from 1:00pm-5:00 pm 
• Women who are pregnant or less than 6 weeks postpartum may walk-in to the OB/GYN department in the Embarcadero Building for flu vaccination, 9:00 am - 4:30 pm

• Location: Building B at your primary care provider's station. Please drop in for adult members
• Dates: Monday-Friday, excluding holidays
• Time: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (Closed from 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm for lunch)

Flu Shots will be available for members 3 years and older

• Location: Pediatric Injection Station - Hayward Sleepy Hollow Medical Offices
• Dates: Monday-Friday, excluding holidays
• Time: 9:00 am - 12:00 noon and 1:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Women who are pregnant or less than 6 weeks postpartum

• Location: OB/GYN Department - Hayward Main Hospital Medical Office Building, 2nd Floor
• Dates: Monday-Friday, excluding holidays 
• Time: 9:00 am - 4:30 pm
