The General Flu Clinics in both Fremont and Union City are closed until further notice as we are OUT of all other flu vaccines for all other age groups at this time.

Please bring a photo ID and your Kaiser Permanente Medical Card. Available vaccinations are free for all Kaiser Permanente members

Please remember to cover your cough or sneeze and wash your hands often with water or hand sanitizer in order to avoid cold and flu viruses.

If you have mild symptoms stay home to keep from spreading the flu to others. Mild symptoms can be treated at home. If you have severe symptoms, please call the Appointment and Advice Call Center at (510) 675-4010 and they will advise you what to do.
