The mission of the Kaiser Permanente Health Education Department is to promote, support, and inspire healthy living.
In this Health Resources section, you will find a wide variety of classes*, online Internet services, and materials in several languages to help you learn how to stay healthy and active.
The Health Education Department has four health education centers to serve you in Hayward, Fremont, and Union City. Our centers offer wellness resources, information, and a variety of health education programs. Here, you will be able to learn about the latest health and wellness news, research health topics, and make appointments for wellness classes.

Breath of Yoga
The department of Health Education is happy to announce that it will be bringing the Breath of Yoga weekend seminar to Kaiser Fremont in September. This is an exceptional opportunity for Kaiser Permanente members and non-members to learn new breathing techniques and to better handle stress
