Walking is pure magic. It can make you happier and healthier, almost anyone can do it, and it’s practically free—all you need is a good pair of walking shoes. Get up and get moving!
Online! Managing Your Back Pain
Managing Your Back Pain is an online program that helps you reduce your back pain and return to your normal activities. This program demonstrates exercises to strengthen your back as well as posittions that reduce stress on your back. It also provides tips to help you prevent future flare-ups. Qi Gong: Introduction
Qi gong is a gentle awareness and movement practice used to increase energy and balance your mind, body, and spirit. It’s been shown to help relieve chronic pain, high blood pressure, and stress. This introduction is appropriate for adults of all ages and fitness levels. Open to the community.

Qi Gong: Level 1 and Level 2
Learn warm-up exercises, acupressure massage, and meditation for health and well-being. Appropriate for adults of all ages and fitness levels. In Level 1, you will learn the first set of Dayan Qi gong movements (the first 34 of 64 movements). In Level 2, you will learn movements 35-64, review the first set, and develop your skill with the entire form. Open to the community.

Yoga: Beginner
Relax your mind and body, gain flexibility, and increase your strength with our basic yoga course. This class is for adults who are new to yoga or who still consider themselves beginners. If you have limited mobility or a chronic condition, consider our Gentle Yoga class instead. Bring a yoga mat. Open to the community.

Yoga: Advanced Beginner
This yoga class is designed for adults with some previous yoga experience, but can accommodate beginners as well. Bring a yoga mat. Open to the community.

Yoga: Gentle
If you have a chronic condition, limited mobility, or are simply less flexible than you were, this gentler approach to yoga may be right for you. This class is a good fit for many older adults and people with limitations. Bring a yoga mat. Adults only. Open to the community.
