Drop-in Grief Group
Information, resources, and support in an open group for adults experiencing the loss of a loved one. Attend one or more session as desired. No advance registration necessary.

Bereavement Class
For adults who have lost a parent, partner, child, or other loved one. This 8-session class provides information, resources, and support within an ongoing group environment. Registration required.
Wednesdays Evenings 6-8 p.m. in Hayward.

Men’s Breakfast Group
Ongoing drop-in group for men who have lost a spouse. Attend one or more session as desired. Meets on a Wednesday morning twice a month at a restaurant in Union City

Surviving Grief Through the Holiday Season
When you’re dealing with a loss, the winter holiday season can be difficult. We offer this special presentation every year for just that reason. Join us to discuss survival strategies, coping, and places to turn to for more help, all in a supportive group environment. Open to the community.
