Surviving Grief Through the Holiday Season
When you’re dealing with a loss, the winter holiday season can be difficult. We offer this special presentation every year for just that reason. Join us to discuss survival strategies, coping, and places to turn to for more help, all in a supportive group environment. Open to the community.

Hospice Services
The Kaiser Permanente Hayward–Fremont Hospice Program offers an alternative to traditional medical care at the end of life—a multidisciplinary approach that focuses on providing comfort. Hospice offers medical and nursing services, and spiritual and emotional support. Bereavement support is offered to survivors. Open to Kaiser Permanente members only.
