Your mind is a powerful healing tool. Learn the skills to develop a healthy mind and spirit, and perhaps even speed recovery, reduce pain, and help to prevent illness. It’s within your control. All support groups are open to the community unless otherwise indicated.
Alzheimer’s and other Dementias Support Group for Caregivers
Are you caring for someone living with Alzheimer’s disease or a related disorder? Attend this special support group for caregivers of those with Alzheimer’s or related disorders and gain the support of others in the same situation. Learn skills to help you manage your caregiver tasks and find out how important it is to receive care for yourself, too. This group is cosponsored with the Alzheimer’s Association.

CHADD: Children and Adults with ADD/ADHD
Parents of children and teens with ADD/ADHD meet monthly to talk and to hear from various speakers. Adults with ADD/ADHD are welcome and may find it beneficial. Open to the community.

Hepatitis C Support Group
This grouls provides support and education for people living with the hepatitis C virus. Topics include treatment options, coping skills, medication management, and nutritional/dietary concerns. Open to the community

Mended Hearts, Inc.
If you or a loved one has had heart surgery or is living with a heart condition, these meetings provide education and opportunities to support one another.

Multiple Sclerosis Support Group
If you’ve been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS), this group is a comfortable place to share how MS impacts your life, while providing you with support and education. Speakers present at this interactive, educational forum.

This group provides education and support to people affected with Alpha 1-Antitrypsin Deficiency. Those with COPD are also welcome. Open to the community

Stroke Education and Support Group
Discover how to live well after a stroke. Learn about the medical aspects of stroke, rehabilitation, stress and depression management, medication, healthy eating, and keeping a positive attitude. Open Kaiser Permanente Members and opne to the community.
