If you’re having surgery, pick up our Audio and Music CD. It features guided imagery, affirmations, and music, all designed to create a sense of control and well-being. Available in your Health Education Centers.  Open to Kaiser Permanente members only.

EMMI (Expectation Management Medical I nformation) is an online tool that can help patients prepare for medical procedures. This multimedia interactive series of 60+ programs can help patients and their family
