Multi-session Class Schedules
Kaiser Permanente Health Education offers many multi-session classes for our members. For your convenience in scheduling, we have posted some of these class schedules online. We have also included registration forms for our adult weight management program that can be printed out and mailed to the address on the form.

**Please note that these schedules are subject to change. Also, these programs are not on a “walk-in” basis; they require you to call for registration prior to attending.
