Online education

Welcome to our library of online educational and instructional programs. These programs feature the same high quality information that you would receive during a traditional visit to one of our facilities but are offered here as web based presentations for the convenience of those who would prefer to learn via the internet from the comfort of their own homes or workplaces.

The ten programs listed below are intended for viewing by our patients who have been referred to them by their Kaiser Permanente clinicians.  Programs are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
