KP Walk to Thrive program expands

To help more people enjoy all the health benefits of a regular walking, Kaiser Permanente has expanded its walking club beyond the walls of the Westfield Galleria at Roseville into downtown Sacramento.

Join us on Thursday, June 20, for a Walk to Thrive downtown kick-off event with free health screenings and food demonstrations. Our walking program includes weekly walks led by our physicians and health professionals. The downtown walks start at the Kaiser Permanente booth at the Capitol Mall Farmers Market at 6th Street and Capitol on Thursdays at 11:45 a.m., June 20 through September 26. The Galleria walks continue to occur every Wednesday at 7:30 a.m. Sign up for the walking club today at kpwalktothrive.orgKaiser Permanente is not responsible for the content or policies of external Internet sites..
