Able Group Session
The goal of this balance program for adults is to increase your strength, flexibility, and balance in order to decrease your risk of falling. In these interactive group sessions, we strongly emphasize self-sufficiency and methods for becoming independent in a home or community-based exercise program that you can continue for lifelong benefit. Taught by a physical therapist. Practitioner referral required. Open to Kaiser Permanente members only.

Tai Chi and Qi Gong
Tai Chi and Qi Gong are a Chinese system of physical training, philosophy, and preventive and therapeutic health care. Qi gong can be translated as "the exercise to make the energy in nature and the universe function and balance within our body." In this class we'll do warm-up exercises, and learn the basic eight movements of tai chi couples with qi gong breathing. Please wear comfortable clothing. Taught by Jason Liang, L.Ac. Open to the community.

Deep Therapeutic Yoga
Strengthen and tone your muscles as you gently stretch and relax in yogic postures. You will work with breathing and visualization techniques to encourage mental calmness and well-being. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. Open to the community.

Gentle Flow Yoga
Increase your stamina, build vitality, and restore body harmony as you stretch and tone muscles you never knew you had. Acquire a more peaceful attitude toward life. Recommended for those new to yoga as well as experienced practitioners. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. Open to the community.

The Feldenkrais Method
This class provides instruction in movement sequences that improve balance, posture, and range of motion to help reduce pain. You’ll be verbally guided through a series of gentle, safe lessons while lying on the floor, sitting, or standing. Recommended for those with injuries or illnesses that limit mobility. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Bring a blanket or towel. Open to the community.

Prenatal Yoga
Whole Birth Yoga classes bring together elements of hatha yoga postures, mindfulness, meditation, self-inquiry, and group support. This combination is designed to increase mindfulness, reduce stress, and help alleviate many of the common physical discomforts as well as the emotional concerns of pregnancy. Women of all fitness levels can participate. No experience necessary. Open to the community.

Moms and Babies - Postpartum Yoga, Movement, and Support
