If your doctor has moved to San Mateo:
You may see your doctor at the new location in San Mateo, or you may change to a doctor at Redwood City by going to www.kp.org/mydoctor anytime, or by calling 650-299-4291, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

If your doctor has remained at Redwood City:
You can continue seeing your doctor at our Kaiser Permanente Redwood City Medical Center.

If our new San Mateo location is more convenient for you:
You can change to a doctor at San Mateo by going to www.kp.org/mydoctor anytime, or by calling 650-299-4291, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
