We offer a variety of classes and resources to help you stay healthy and improve your well-being. We also offer a Worksite Wellness Program for business. It's that time of year again. We try to set goals to make ourselves better in one way or another! Our goals sure sounds like nice ideas, but it doesn't always happen as we'd like. Here are some tips to make your next goals a reality.

Health Educations Centers:
Our Health Education Centers have resources for learning about staying healthy, preventing disease, and treating medical conditions. We offer written materials, videos, selected computer services, and information about classes and other programs to help you reach your prevention goals.

Classes We Offer
Each year, hundreds of Health Education classes and programs are offered, covering a board range of interests and concerns, including childbirth, asthma, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, weight and nutrition, depression, stress reduction, managing ongoing health conditions, and smoking cessation. There are special programs for children, teens, seniors, couples, and families. The following is just a small sample of the many classes that we offer:

Visit our member specific kp.org web site at members.kp.org. It will take you to our powerful search capabilities to browse health and drug encyclopedias for thousands of entries on health conditions and available treatments. You will be able to make routine appointments for medicine, ob/gyn and pediatrics in real-time as well as contact an advice nurse with your questions. Order refills prescriptions or consult with a pharmacist. Try out some of our new interactive tools, like the health calculator to find out if you are at a healthy weight, getting enough calcium, controlling asthma triggers and making wise health decisions. Some of these services require a password to help protect your privacy and personal health information.
