Kaiser Permanente South Bay Public Affairs actively supports businesses and organizations in Santa Clara County by sponsoring select community activities or events. If you would like to apply for a sponsorship, please do the following.

, which contains information about our funding priorities, eligibility guidelines and detailed instructions on how to submit an online sponsorship request, as well as a list of required documents that must be uploaded as part of your submission.
