Telephonic Wellness Coaches
Our wellness coaches can help you create – and stick with – a weight management plan.  You and your coach talk one-on-one by phone at a time that’s convenient for you!  Call 1-866-251-4514  or visit  kp.org/mydoctor/wellnesscoaching to learn more and schedule your first appointment.  Coaching sessions are available to Kaiser Permanente members weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Class: Helping Overweight Members Exercise (H.O.M.E.)

This new 8 week class is for Kaiser Permanente members with a body mass index (BMI) of 35-45. It's designed to help you start and stay on an exercise program that works for you. The class is held weekly for an hour, in the late afternoon, and includes exercises you can do at home. Email your doctor to ask for a referral to join the class.
