2013 Women's Night Out

A series of evening events to inspire, inform and improve women's health and well-being.
All of the Women's Night Out events are free and open to the community and you may attend one or more of the sessions. However, as space is limited, we recommend that you pre-register for any event that you would like to attend. Check-in, refreshments, and the 'Healthy Zone' starts at 6 p.m. Presentations start promptly at 6:30 p.m. and ends at 8:30 p.m.
The 'Healthy Zone' may change for each event, but in general we will offer refreshments, health education tables, book sales, and community group information.
