An authority on menopausal health issues and an excellent labor and delivery doctor and teacher, Dr. Brubaker also directs resident research for Santa Clara’s Ob/Gyn Residency Program.

Dr. Bantug, chief of Pediatrics in San Jose, cares for her patients, works to make her department's care team even more effective, and finds time to volunteer in the community.

As chief of Roseville's Emergency Department, Dr. Berman made changes to improve care and enhance survival for patients who have a stroke, heart attack, or severe infection.

Dr. Padin spearheaded the efforts of Redwood City’s Ob/Gyn department to improve the labor/delivery and postpartum experience. She made birthing a win-win experience for everyone – moms, babies, midwives, and nurses.

In addition to caring for patients, Dr. Minkoff, serves as chief of Endocrinology in Santa Rosa, conducts osteoporosis research, and develops clinical guidelines for osteoporosis and diabetes treatments.

Dr. Walsh teaches colleagues about caring for patients with chronic pain or addiction, how to offer tips on mind-body health, and how to communicate even better with patients and their families.

As chief of San Francisco’s cardiology department, Dr. Ansari led a dramatic expansion of services. Her department now provides adult congenital heart disease care and full-time interventional cardiac care in three counties.
