How to Deactivate KP Preventive Care for NCal


Why would I want to deactivate KP Preventive Care for NCal from my mobile device?

Since your mobile device contains personal health information, if it is lost or stolen you will want to deactivate it so that your personal information is kept safe. To deactivate your device, you will need to sign inĀ on this website.

Once you sign in, you can select any of your registered mobile devices from the list to deactivate them. After you deactivate a device, you will no longer be able to use KP Preventive Care for NCal until you reactivate the device through the KP Preventive Care for NCal application.
