Professional

Background

I was born in Cheyenne, Wyoming and grew up in Denver, Colorado. After completing a Bachelors degree in biology and chemistry at Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota, I went to Stanford University, where I earned my medical degree and completed my residency training in plastic surgery. I have been associated with Kaiser Permanente since 1999.

Roles and Responsibilities

As a plastic surgeon, I specialize in surgical reconstruction, hand surgery, and cosmetic surgery. I enjoy plastic surgery because it allows me to make a difference in people’s lives. I believe in service, humility, integrity, and compassion. I treat patients as if they were members of my own family. Working at Kaiser Permanente allows me to devote my full attention to the care of my patients.
