Background
I grew up in San Pedro, California, and first became a Kaiser patient when I was five years old. After attending college at Harvard University, I received my medical degree from Tulane University. I worked in Chicago in both private practice and as an attending physician at Cook County Hospital, and then finally returned to California and joined Kaiser Permanente. Working at Kaiser allows me to be part of a great team of physicians, without having to manage a private practice.
I treat both children and adults with general skin problems, including psoriasis, eczema, acne, skin cancer, and moles. I generally do not treat cosmetic problems such as leg veins, wrinkles, and other signs of normal skin aging.
