I would like to thank Dr. Copeland for her overall great patient relations. She took time to make sure I was feeling better and even called on Saturday! My hat goes off to her for her great bedside manners! - RH

Dear Dr. Copeland, Greetings!  I am writing to tell you how grateful I am that you were the doctor who did my Colonoscopy procedure at Holy Cross Hospital on Sunday, Feb 5, 2017.  I was having extreme rectal bleeding following an earlier colonoscopy and you successfully fixed the problem. The entire procedure was quite painless and I appreciate everything you and your staff did to make the procedure certainly a pleasant experience. You are a gifted and very young excellent doctor. Your competency and that of your team was awe-inspiring.  From the moment I arrived for the colonoscopy to the moment I was wheeled out I must say that you, the anesthesiologist and all the staff were kind, devoted, friendly, and each one of them took great pride in their work, and they were very professional.  Thank you again and please express my gratitude to all who took such wonderful care of me that day. - SK
