I graduated from Columbia University in 2004 with a B.A. in East Asian Languages in Cultures, magna cum laude, and completed Medical School at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in 2008. I took a year off after graduation to do public health work in Beijing, China. I completed my residency at the University of Maryland in Baltimore in 2014 and spent 1 year in private practice prior to joining Kaiser Permanente at the Santa Clara Homestead campus (2015).
My goal is to provide outstanding and compassionate care to my patients, and to empower them in their decision-making processes so that they can live a healthy lifestyle.
In 2020, I obtained board certification in Lifestyle Medicine through the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine.
