In addition to care provided in Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Tagalog, and American Sign Language, members may access our telephone interpreters, who speak more than 140 languages, including Hindi, Russian, and Farsi.

When special medical attention is required, our facilities offer centers where physician specialists focus on a particular area such as spinal surgery or cardiovascular care. Aided by the latest technology and research, these medical teams often break new ground while providing advanced specialty care to our members. Centers at this facility include:

• Primary Stroke Center
• Interventional spine care

Supporting the diverse needs of our community
Caregivers at this hospital partner with our Institute for Culturally Competent Care to ensure all members can easily access care. Signs appear in English and Spanish throughout the facility, and 24-hour language assistance is available. Members can access culturally relevant education classes and other resources through the Health Education Department . (Some classes may require a fee.)

My Health Manager—accessible through kp.org, our mobile-friendly website at m.kp.org, and apps for iPhone® or Android™ devices—makes it even easier for members to get the care and services they need while staying focused and productive. They can email their doctor’s office, make routine appointments, order prescription refills, check most lab results, and more from their computer, smartphone, or tablet.
