Balance Healing Resources and Educational Session Links

The 2017 Seeds of Hope Cancer Survivors Day Conference and Celebration "Balance Healing- Cancer Rehabilitation" was a busy event with a prominent guest key note speech, Healing Harmonies Concert, 3 educational sessions, 11 activities/demos and 28 educational booths- representing Kaiser Permanente and their community based programs, with the hopes of sharing resources that support cancer patients and caregivers during their cancer journey, through the emphasis on cancer rehabilitation.
