Survive and Thrive: Cancer Survivorship Program

Aug 01, 2012

by Dr. Anita Lee

We are proud to share with you our Survive and Thrive Program, which debuted during our June Cancer Survivors Day conference and celebration.

Survive and Thrive is designed as an ongoing cancer support program, providing classes and resources to help nourish and strengthen your mind, body and spirit in all stages of cancer treatment and survivorship.

Classes cover topics like stress management, mind-body wellness, nutrition and cancer-fighting cooking, restorative yoga, and strength training. One of our key classes, however, is “Survivor…Now What?” This class examines potential challenges that might arise as you move forward and provides a bridge between life during treatment and life as a survivor.

Our Survive and Thrive program is open to all members and nonmembers. To learn more about the program, visit our Survive and Thrive Program page. To register for one of our classes, call 408-366-4284.

Over the next few months, we will share with you more about the different areas of our program and how it may help to enrich your life and the lives of those around you.

Be well!
