Soon after I was born in New York, my family moved to San Dimas in Southern California where I grew up. After graduating from San Dimas High, I went back east to go to Penn State for college and then on to Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia for medical school. Though I enjoyed the East Coast, I was happy to return to California to do my residency in family practice at the University of California, Los Angeles. I have been a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians since then.

I joined Kaiser Permanente in 2002 and I have loved it ever since. The best reason for being here is that instead of dealing with various insurance companies, I am able to spend 99% of my time doing what I want to, which is to practice medicine. You will find me at the Minor Injury Clinics in Antioch - Sand Creek, Pleasanton, and Walnut Creek. Outside of work, I enjoy working on my old house in Berkeley, running, reading, and travel.
