I attended college and medical school at Boston University where I was enrolled in the combined seven year accelerated BA/MD program. I completed my residency in internal medicine at New York University Medical Center. I went on to pursue further training in cardiovascular diseases at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City and I completed further sub-specialty training in interventional cardiology at Beth Israel Medical Center as well.

I stayed on as a clinical instructor and later as an assistant professor in medicine, in interventional cardiology at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York for four years, where I was actively involved in teaching and research. I joined Kaiser Permanente in 2013 to be part of a well-organized, comprehensive health system, that strives to provide the best and most innovative care for its patients.
