If you do not have the My Doctor online app, download it from the App Store / Play Store.
To join your video visit from your smartphone or tablet:
- Sign into the My Doctor Online app and open Menu
- Tap on Appointments
- Select your video visit
- Tap Join Video Visit
You can join video visits up to 15 minutes before the appointment time.
To join your video visit from your computer:
- Go to kp.org/mydoctor/videovisits, select Join Your Visit and sign in
- Select Join Your Visit and enable your camera and microphone
If you’re having trouble signing in, use Video Visits Temporary Access from the sign in screen.
